Coaching Approach
With my results-oriented coaching approach, I help women achieve far beyond what they see possible. Together, we will pave the right path toward a fulfilling and successful career. I emphasize empowerment, authenticity, and self-acceptance, which are essential elements for women to thrive as leaders in any context. General steps we will cover include:
1. We will design your Authentic Power Profile, which is a snapshot of what makes YOU a unique, amazing leader. Defining this lays the groundwork for your furthered success.
2. We will articulate your specific goals and design your personalized action plan.
3. Support & Accountability: Throughout the coaching engagement I will be by your side, believing in you, challenging you, and most importantly, setting you up for all the amazing things you will
accomplish, beyond what you see possible.
Career Acceleration Workshops
By coming together as women to learn and support one another, I believe we will create a better future for ourselves as leaders. I host career acceleration workshops for the public and for companies, bringing together women at all levels to learn, reflect and support one another.
