About Me

I am a dog loving, dancing and musical enthusiast who has been in HR for two decades.  I have experience in Compensation, Learning and Development, People Partnerships, Employee Experience and as a CHRO. 

 

I have coached leaders across all levels, from Managers to Directors, Vice Presidents, and up through the C-Suite at Fidelity Investments, Quantcast, Reflektive and Udemy.  I am highly specialized in performance management, having designed and consulted on performance management programs across all industries and company sizes.

I am also dedicated to non-profit work, running a Lean In circle of amazing senior women leaders, and I am a founding board member of CareerUp Now, a Jewish organization furthering careers of young professionals.

Through my work, I have observed, and personally experienced the challenges women leaders face in the workplace to feel powerful and authentic, to progress their careers, and to find meaning in work.  By helping women leaders harness their innate power, I believe we will shift the gender inequality at senior leadership levels and more broadly, drive a generation of stronger businesses.
