After two decades as an HR professional, I created AccelHERate to progress more women into leadership. Being one of few women at senior leader tables for many years, I am committed to an equal gender balance at senior leader levels. My coaching services are tailored to meet the unique needs of women of all backgrounds, providing them with the tools and support to embrace and channel their unique power.
